NYSESLAT PRACTICE #1

TASK: 1 Write an essay about the importance of having good habits. Give examples of how you and the people you know practice good habits to stay healthy and to achieve goals. Use your ideas from the Pre-Writing questions to add details to your writing.

Good habits are everything, habits are very important in life. there are many people in the world that are healthy and achieve their goals because of it.Habits are regular tendencies or practices that a person has. Habits such as exercising and eating healthy can help you in your every day life.

Exercising helps you in many different ways, exercising doesn't only help you to be healthy. If you exercise in different parts of you body the changes are surely to be different like by doing pull ups you work on your upper body and by doing squats it works on your lower body. By exercising you keep you self energetic and healthy and by doing so you can be eligible for different types of jobs.

Eating healthy is another good habit that can help you keep your figure and be energetic. Eating food with lots of calcium, protein,vitamins and fiber can help you loose weight and keep healthy not only on body but also in might.There are proves that some type of food might help your brain to work better and so it might also help your every day activities by giving you more energy to do stuff like sports or exercises or just to help you concentrate on your work.

Good habits are one of the most important thing in life because they help you in many ways. Good habits such as taking a time to exercise and eating fruits vegetable and many types of healthy food can help you. Did you know that 7 out of 10 Americans are obese or over weight?
