1- What details show that Buck is a leader?
The detail that said that Buck is a good leader is when he went against Spitz to protect his teammates.

2-How would you describe Buck's life in the Beginning of the story, in the middle, and in the end.
Buck life change it a lot because in the beginning of the story he lived in peace and with no pain. In the middle his life was different because now he had to be with another owner, at the end of the
Story he had to protect himself or else he would die.

3-How has Buck's character change throughout the story?
Buck’s character change a lot because first he was peaceful and didn’t do anything but that he had to become a beast to protect himself and to not get kill.

4- External conflict is a struggle between the main character and others. Internal conflict is a struggle within the main character. What type of conflict has Buck faced in the story- internal or external? How do you know? He faced both because he had internal problems at the same times external problems and both cause by Spitz internal because he had to keep still and not say nothing to Spitz while he bully around.

5- What do you think "he was beaten... but he was not broken" means? It means that he lost the battle but not the war.

6- What did the man in the red sweater teach Buck?
The man in the red sweater taught how to behave.

7- From which point of view is this story told? How does this help us-readers? This story is told From Buck’s point of view and that help us readers understand how he felt on that moment.

8- Contrast Buck's new surroundings with his surroundings at Judge Miller's place. Buck’s new place is cold and you have to fight for you survival and in the Judge Miller’s place it was peaceful and he didn’t have to do anything exempt eat and sleep.

9- How do Buck's new owners compare to the man in the red sweater? The man in the red Sweater was bad with him and his new owners aren’t.

10- How would you describe Buck as he is towards the end of the story? I describe Buck as a dog that fights for his survival and I got that in the story when it said that Buck fought Spitz Because Spitz was trying to kill him.

11- Describe some major hardships faced by the dogs and men in the story.

12- In what ways does Buck challenge Spitz?
Buck challenge Spitz in the way that he was all ways trying to beat each other in everything they did and also they both wanted to be team leader.

13- What event makes the conflict between Buck and Spitz turn into "war"? The event that turns everything into war was when they were chasing the rabbit.

14- Compare the way Spitz first treated Buck with the way Buck is treating Spitz in the end of the story. They way Spitz treated Buck in the beginning of the story is kind of the same that Buck treat Spitz in the end of the story because in the beginning Spitz was the bully and in the end Buck ende up been the bully.

15- What qualities help Buck become the leader of the dogsled team? The qualities that help Buck become the leader of the dogsled are determination, imagination, persistence and courage.

16- What do you think the Call of the Wild means?
The call of the wild means when the nature turns animal wild.

17- Where in the story do you think Buck feels "the call of the wild"? The wild at the beginning when they sale him and he passed days without eating.

18- What is the theme of the story?
The theme of the story is that every body fights for survival and also to be the dominant species.
